i have done it in 13 playing a couple of hours here and there using these boosts. i have heard of ppl hitting cap in 8-10 hours. the first dungeon proto academy drops a pants rune which also boosts xp gains. the 2 step verification is another xp boost. pop a flask of advancement along with keeping a flask of r and r up all the time for the double xp, normally accrued by staying logged out in a town or your house. join a guild for the xp boost and the flasks for bonus xp. You can level in a matter of hours as opposed to days. I have a couple, but I also invested money into this game and I am in a guild, which has all guild achievements unlocked, so that I can buy different boost potions from the Housing Vendor (XP, Movement Speed etc).
